Returns and Exchanges
Most items purchased from can be returned or exchanged; all claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment / delivery. After 10 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. See below for specifics on non-returnable / sold "as-is" items.

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges (for the initial purchase and return / exchange back to us) will not be refunded. For exchanges, shipping charges will apply to the new replacement shipment.

To be eligible for a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA; see below) must be issued, and your item must be brand new, unused, and in full quantities. All accompanying parts must also be returned. All products must also be in the original product packaging (actual shipping box does not need to be the original).

Items exempt from returns / exchanges are any cut-to-order items, close-outs, items sold "as-is", and any items that clearly state in the description that they are non-returnable. Gift cards are also not returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued: Any item not in its original condition, is partially used or installed, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To initial an RMA, please contact us (be sure to include your phone number and best hours to reach you), and we'll take it from there.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund (only for the product; shipping charges are not refunded) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Within a few days of receiving a refund notification, please first check your credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for all return items. To reiterate, shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
